Join Our Team as Housekeeping Manager at Vision Hotels

Are you a detail-oriented leader with a passion for hospitality? We are looking for a Housekeeping Manager to oversee housekeeping operations across Vision properties. As Vision continues to expand, the Housekeeping Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards and delivering an outstanding guest experience across all properties.

This is a full-time, year-round position based in Athens – not a seasonal role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead the housekeeping team across all Vision properties, ensuring top-tier cleanliness and organization standards.
  • Oversee daily housekeeping operations, making sure rooms, suites, and public areas are guest-ready and well-maintained at all times.
  • Manage housekeeping schedules and task assignments, ensuring efficient room turnover and staff productivity.
  • Control inventory and procurement of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities, optimizing stock management.
  • Inspect rooms and common areas to uphold the brand’s quality standards.
  • Work closely with the Front Office and Maintenance teams to deliver seamless service.
  • Train, mentor, and develop housekeeping staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in hotel housekeeping management, preferably in boutique or upscale hospitality.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, safety protocols, and hygiene regulations.

Lifeguard at Vision Omonia’s Rooftop Pool Bar

Are you a responsible and attentive Lifeguard professional with a passion for guest safety? Vision Omonia is looking for a Lifeguard to oversee its stunning rooftop infinity pool (32 sqm), offering unparalleled views of the Acropolis and Lycabettus Hill. As part of our team, you’ll ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for our guests, providing both vigilant supervision and top-tier hospitality service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the rooftop pool area at all times, ensuring guest safety.
  • Enforce pool rules and safety guidelines, preventing accidents and maintaining order.
  • Respond promptly to any emergencies, providing immediate assistance if needed.
  • Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the pool area, reporting any issues to management.
  • Assist guests with any pool-related inquiries, offering a friendly and professional service.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Lifeguard certification (valid and up to date).
  • First Aid and CPR certification required.
  • Previous experience as a lifeguard in hotels, resorts, or private pools is a plus.
  • Strong observation and crisis management skills.
  • Professional, guest-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in warm outdoor conditions for extended periods.
  • Additional experience in F&B service will be considered an asset.
